No news here - this is what "Every Child Left Behind" was designed to do: destroy public education. Public education that works is the far right's worst nightmare.

Barbara Hall has been touted as a Michelle Rhea type reformer. Who also has been involved in a test score fraud scandal.

Evidence? I would need something more than a passing remark to conclude that Michelle Rhea fudged the numbers.

I'm more ready to believe that the system before she came, and after she left, stubbornly continued, and continues, to fake its results. But do you have any evidence that she cooperated in that, or condoned it? Do you even have any evidence that it happened, other than evidence by similarity?

For shame. It is in the strongholds of the democrats that public education today fails most miserably.

Go ahead. Try and tell me that Atlanta is a Republican city. Then tell me that the governor of Georgia is a Republican. Then tell me that Washington, DC is also a Republican city. As you tell it to me, also tell it to the marines.

Democrats have made their own bed and they now lie in it. And lie and lie. Among these lies---that the NCLBehind law "made them do it".

The law did not mandate cheating. It mandated honest reporting of results, and efforts to improve those results.
